This post was very informative. My concern is, how I can set and enforce rules for my child if my ex doesn't set and enforce the same rules? I don't want to confuse my child with different rules, but I don't feel it would be in his best interest to alter rules he has grown up with in my home (where he resides).

Excellent post, I must say. It's a must to set rules and limits for kids if we want to raise disciplined children.
